We do not send manual proofs, but your on-page preview updates instantly as you customize. Our team also enhances clarity automatically before production.

What if my photo is low quality?

Most smartphone photos work perfectly. If a photo is too low quality to print well, we enhance the clarity automatically before production and will contact you only if something is truly unusable.

Is my privacy protected?

Yes. Your photos are used only to create your order and are permanently deleted after production.

Why is the blanket so soft and comfortable?

Our blankets are made from soft, premium-quality fabric designed to stay cozy and comfortable for years.

Can I use multiple photos?

Yes, you can upload multiple photos and we enhance them for the best print quality.

Can I add text?

Yes, you can add names, dates, quotes or any text you love.

Are there different colors and styles?

Yes, each blanket can be personalized in multiple colors and styles.

How does customization work?

Choose your design, select your preferred color and style, upload your photos and add your text. We enhance photo clarity automatically and craft your blanket with care to ensure the best result. Optional gift-ready packaging is available.

How long does production take?

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods.

How do I wash the blanket?

Wash at 85°F / 30°C on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.

Air dry flat for best softness. Avoid bleach and dryer use.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided on our tracking page. Tracking will update once the package is in transit.

If you did not receive a tracking number, please email us at support@cozymemories.com and we will send it to you.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If that happens, we will replace the item free of charge.
