Refund Policy
At Cozy Memories, each product is made-to-order and personalized specifically for every customer. Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns for size selection errors, spelling mistakes, design errors, or change of mind after the order has been produced. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will provide a free replacement. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, a replacement will be produced and shipped.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your package, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived and the tracking information shows no delivery or movement, please contact us. After reviewing the shipment with the carrier, we will issue a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
Order Cancellations
Because all products are custom-made and enter production immediately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed.
Non-Returnable Items
All personalized and made-to-order products are non-returnable. We cannot accept returns for reasons including incorrect size selection, incorrect text, design errors, or minor variations in color or print placement.
Return Authorization
Any return must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
