Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During this time, we confirm your order, personalize your design, enhance photo clarity, perform quality checks and prepare your blanket for shipment. Processing may take slightly longer during peak gifting seasons.

Delivery Timeframes 

We ship exclusively within the United States. Standard tracked delivery typically arrives in 6–10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly due to high seasonal volume or unexpected carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Costs

Standard tracked shipping is free on all U.S. orders. There are no additional fees.

Tracking Your Order

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes, but address updates are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us. We are happy to help locate your order or arrange a replacement when appropriate.
