Order Acceptance & Cancellations

An order is considered accepted once payment is processed. Because all items are custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled after purchase. Your order is subject to our Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are made-to-order and shipped from our international production partners. Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, peak seasons, or factors outside our control. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
